Aim: To translate and cross-culturally adapt the instrument “Patient Observation Skills in Critical Care Nursing” into Norwegian. Design: A cross-sectional survey was conducted to assess the psychometric properties of the instrument and Norwegian critical care nurses (CCNs’) self-assessed patient-observation skills.
