Validizačné štúdie ošetrovateľských diagnóz

V súvislosti s výskumom v oblasti ošetrovateľskej diagnostiky sa čoraz viac zdôrazňuje význam a potreba validizačných štúdií ošetrovateľských diagnóz. Validizácia ošetrovateľských diagnóz je nevyhnutná v rozvoji presného názvoslovia, ktoré popisuje ošetrovateľské javy. Cieľom príspevku je analyzovať 50 vybraných validizačných štúdií publikovaných v 12 konferenčných zborníkoch Classification of Nursing Diagnoses: Proceedings of Conference North American Nursing Diagnosis Association a periodikách (Nursing Diagnosis, International Journal of Nursing Terminologies and Classification, Kontakt) so zámerom popísať najčastejšie používané metódy vo vybraných validizačných štúdiách, identifikovať používané meracie nástroje, hodnotiteľov ako aj zhrnúť odporučenia autorov jednotlivých štúdií pre ďalší výskum v oblasti ošetrovateľskej diagnostiky. Na dosiahnutie stanoveného cieľa boli použité elementárne myšlienkové postupy: analýza, syntéza a komparácia validizačných štúdií. Výsledky analýzy prispejú nielen k rozšíreniu poznatkov o metodológii výskumu v oblasti validizácie ošetrovateľských diagnóz, ale môžu slúžiť k efektívnejšiemu výberu ošetrovateľských intervencií a k skvalitneniu ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti.
